Binary Ten ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile games including Narde and related applications (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: username, email address (used for authentication only)
Gameplay data: match history, game statistics, ELO rating
Device data: device type, OS version, language settings
Analytics: session duration, feature usage (aggregated, anonymized via Firebase Analytics)

We do not collect: real name, phone number, precise location, payment card data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the game service
Match players in multiplayer games (matchmaking)
Prevent cheating and ensure fair play
Improve the game via aggregated analytics
Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Game state is stored server-side on Nakama-based infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymized session analytics. Google Privacy Policy
Google Play / Apple App Store — app distribution. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@binarytengames.com. Account deletion removes all associated game data within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
