Delete your account.

You can erase your Binary Ten Backgammon account and everything attached to it at any time — from inside the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have the app installed. No retention period, no "are you sure" loop, no support ticket required.

Option 1 — in the app Fastest

Open Binary Ten Backgammon and go to Settings.
Scroll to Privacy & data.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately on our servers. The app then returns to a fresh install state.

Option 2 — by request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email privacy@binarytengames.com from the address linked to your account, or include your in-game nickname so we can identify it. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and normally within a few working days.

Want a copy first?

Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data exports everything we hold about you as a JSON file. Deletion is irreversible, so export before you delete if you want to keep a record.

What gets deleted

One honest exception. Your opponents keep their own match history, which records the result of games you played against them. After deletion your entry there is a bare identifier that no longer resolves to any account, nickname or person. We do not rewrite other players' game records, because those are their data about their own matches.

Purchases

Deleting your account does not refund purchases. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play under its own policy — request them through the Play Store, before deleting if possible.
